local and world chat
With more people online on the RP server, it's kind of hard to tel the difference from one RP conversation to another.
Thus, I think the server should have the local chat plugin. Not entirely sure what the plugin is called, but it makes chat in the local channel only heard by people within a certain range (I think the default is 20-ish blocks). For communicating with the entire server, there's a world chat setting, mostly for OOC chatting. I think this would be a nice add-on to the community, especially when things start to get a bit more complex. Wouldn't want anyone over-hearing some private conversations.

I think this is a very good idea and i think one of the plugins i already have can do something like that, but i will definitely look into it as i have had the same thought. It takes away from that magic long distance don't know where you are but can still talk to you kinda thing.
